Hit Week, active since 2009, is considered the most important festival dedicated exclusively to the diffusion of the Italian music system in the world.
During the eighteen previous editions held in the United States, South America, Asia and Europe, all the major Italian artists performed in some of the most iconic places in the world. Thanks in particular to the "business oriented" activities of the festival, they were able to say their career and spread their catalog outside of Italy.
One of the missions of Hit Week has always been to create opportunities even for non-established artists who, thanks to a virtuous system focused on involving the music industry of the individual countries where the event takes place, and to the simultaneous presence of artists considered "big" have managed to achieve a visibility otherwise difficult to obtain abroad and to affirm their career and spread their catalog in those territories.
The edition n.20 of the festival is scheduled between Oct. 5th and Oct. 10th 2026 in the United States in the cities of Miami and Los Angeles.
The Official Program
This October, the Italian music business lands in Los Angeles and Miami with Sync Mission, the new initiative from the long-running Hit Week – the Festival of Italian Music Around the World, presented with the support of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and ITA – Italian Trade Agency (the Italian Trade Agency for the promotion and internationalization of Italian companies), together with FIMI – Federation of the Italian Music Industry, and this year under the patronage of the Italian Ministry of Tourism.
This special edition celebrates the Festival’s 20th anniversary with an expanded focus on creating new opportunities for the recorded music business. Hit Week 2026 renews its commitment to the internationalization of Italian music through a program combining live performances, industry panels, university events, and DJ sets, while introducing for the first time a Sync Mission entirely dedicated to music synchronization—the segment of recorded music revenues generated through the licensing of music for audiovisual content, ranging from film and television series to advertising and video games.

LA NIÑA is the solo project of Carola Moccia, a singer-songwriter and producer born in 1991, recognized as a pioneer in bridging tradition and contemporary music while projecting both into the future. Through experimentation and genre fusion—using the highly evocative and powerful language of her hometown, Naples, as her artistic medium—her creative work spans singing, songwriting, theater, film, dance, and the visual arts.
Her latest single, RÀRECHE, is now available on all major digital platforms and receiving radio airplay, accompanied by its official music video on YouTube. The release marks the beginning of her new recording journey with Sugar Music.
On March 21, 2025, she released her latest album, FURESTA (BMG), preceded by the singles Guapparìa, Mammamà – Live Session at Auditorium Novecento, and Figlia d’‘a Tempesta. The album received widespread critical acclaim and strong public recognition, followed by a major summer tour. In July 2025, FURESTA was awarded the prestigious Tenco Prize for Best Album in Dialect. In October 2025, LA NIÑA launched the FURÈSTA EUROPA Tour, performing in leading clubs across Europe and Italy. She is currently on her 2026 summer tour.
Following the remarkable success of the single TU, recorded with Franco Ricciardi, which quickly surpassed 17 million views on YouTube, LA NIÑA released her debut studio album, VANITAS, in March 2023.
That same year, she made her acting debut alongside Massimo Ranieri as a co-star in the television series La voce che hai dentro, produced by Lucky Red for Paramount+, while also contributing to part of the show's soundtrack.
She has collaborated with Amazon Music on the musical production La Notte delle Lumere, with Rai 2 on the television show Bar Stella, and with acclaimed artists including Peppe Barra, MYSS KETA, Tosca, Gemitaiz, Clementino, and Mysie (UK).
In 2024, she performed on the stage of the 74th Sanremo Music Festival, joining BigMama, Gaia, and Sissi during the Duets Night with their rendition of the iconic song "Lady Marmalade."
